SHIPPING POLICY

At MΛRE Coastline, all orders are prepared and shipped from Lleida, Spain.
1. Shipping area
At this time, we only ship to mainland Spain.
We do not currently offer shipping to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla or international destinations.
2. Order processing
Orders are usually prepared within 1–2 business days after the order has been confirmed and payment has been successfully processed.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Delivery times
Once the order has been handed over to the transport company, the estimated delivery time is 24–48 hours.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances outside our control, such as transport delays, peak periods, weather conditions or other logistical issues.
4. Shipping costs
For orders under €100, a flat shipping fee of €5 applies.
Orders of €100 or more qualify for free shipping within mainland Spain.
5. Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you may receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information, allowing you to follow the progress of your delivery.
6. Incorrect shipping information
Customers are responsible for providing complete and correct shipping information when placing an order.
